SOCIAL LUXURY

SIIX Community is a members-only group of like-minded owners of properties managed by SIIX in selected locations worldwide. We think that co-ownership with SIIX compared to 100% self-ownership makes a lot of sense beyond saving 75% of money and energy. Luxury is about amenities, views, travel and people. SIIX Community is designed around unique people, owning unique properties in unique locations that were developed and redeveloped exclusively for members. 

THE WORLD OF SIIX

Have you experienced the tribe feeling when you come across another skitouring group in the mountains or heading to the dive spot with other divers in the boat? We want to bring this feeling to the next level. Luxury is the quality of time spent and people around. You can become the Community member if you fit profile (which can slightly vary between the properties) and acquire 1/4 or 1/2 of the legal ownership in one of the SIIX homes. You can’t purchase the whole SIIX home alone. We vet each candidate. We also match co-owners for each home in order everyone could travel as closer as possible to the way if they were the whole home owners. The SIIX co-ownership is the SIIX membership.

BECOME A MEMBER

You can become a SIIX Community member if your profile meets the admission criteria and you buy 1/4 or 1/2 of the ownership in SIIX property. The vetting process is described here.

ENJOY

Ownership of 1/4 gives you 88 days a year to enjoy the home with guaranteed weeks during peak seasons. You plan and manage stays through SIIX App and personal host. You co-own and enjoy homes, cars and quads in the garage, boats at the pier with peace of mind. We, at SIIX, manage all technical/maintenance side in order to provide you with smooth 6* experience. To avoid the competition for the same dates year over year we match the travel calendars and styles of the buying members. Not everybody wants Christmas or August. TRAVEL

You can transfer any number of days from your home’s balance to travel balance and use these days in any SIIX home worldwide. As soon as the days appear on your travel balance, you can browse vacant homes and book them in the SIIX App or through your host like your own. At the moment of such a transfer your own home becomes available for booking by other members who have done the same with their days’ balance. 

WHAT UNITES SIIX COMMUNITY MEMBERS

All SIIX homes are located in big mountains or near big water. Active lifestyle around mountains and water is the key element uniting our members. They are sporty, modern, intelligent and social, they value architecture and design, they like to enjoy great food (and sometimes wine), they are ready to share their best experiences and unlock hidden treasures of the locations where they own homes.

SOCIAL STAYS

As a member you enjoy SIIX independently but fellow co-owners profiles should also match in such a way that if you were invited by the other member and you accepted an invitation, you would enjoy sharing home and experiences. We call this feature a Social Stay. It lets co-owners utilize their homes beyond day balances and make new connections. SIIX shapes spaces that bring people together with this feature in mind, so you could stay private or go social when and if you like.

Imagine you want to go to your vacation home but this time your family or friends can’t go. You can go alone, but why not to invite one of your fellow co-owners once and the other time not to accept a similar invitation?
