Our mission is to save people 75% of the resources needed to buy and own expensive second homes and to enjoy stylish travel, so they could spend what has been saved for more important things in life. We also drastically increase value for money spent on the vacations.
SIIX’S PROMISE

For 25% of the cost we provide our co-owners with more than the whole home owner can get without SIIX. Opposite, the whole home owners spend 100% of the cost but can extract less than 25% of the property’s value. In other words, SIIX promises 4 times more value for money spent on the vacation home purchase compared to 100% home ownership.
WHAT WE DO
SIIX saves a lot of money, time and effort for its members when they buy and own 6* homes and adds 6* hospitality layer on top.

We find and buy the best but not overpriced trophy homes or land plots and then reconstruct/renovate existing homes or develop new ones exclusively for SIIX Community members.

THE FREEDOM OF TRAVEL

Then we find, vet and match up to 4 co-owners with different travel patterns for each property to let people enjoy the properties like if they were the whole home owners. We take all maintenance and management hassle out of the owners, add elevated hospitality layer on top and let the owners enjoy not only their own homes but any other SIIX property worldwide, without rental fees.

100% OWNERSHIP

Luxury properties at the best resorts are expensive, illiquid, never ideal and often seek renovation or new layouts. People face remote hassle, rising charges and upkeep expenses. They become their home’s hostages. And if they keep traveling, their homes sit empty while money spent on rentals and hotels are being flushed down into a drain.

DIY CO-OWNERSHIP

People have been owning properties together with other people for ages. They purchase or inherit homes as a group. Usually DIY co-owners argue about expenses, maintenance, usage, etc. It causes roughness and tension in relations.

HOTELS

Small single room daily rate in top hotels is equal to an average monthly salary in Spain. 2+ bedroom suite will cost three times more than two single rooms. 5* hospitality services don’t provide enough value for money. Legacy concierges, guest relations desks and overpriced hotels’ venues are not able to provide people with truly unique local experiences.

MANAGED LUXURY RENTALS

The interests of the real estate owners and the renters are always in contradiction. The better the owners’ ROI the worse the guests’ experience: cheaper materials and amenities, less free services, higher the price. In addition, property managers charge up to 50% of the owner’s revenue.
